Pooley House is a stunning new build property situated on Hayling Island, Hampshire. The site faces east towards the sea with fabulous views across Chichester harbour.
An open plan living space is maximised by Sky-frame doors leading onto a balcony featuring structural glass balustrading. A double storey structural light well glass link was added to maximise light whilst privacy to exposed areas was retained by the addition of silk printed glass.
The project was designed by John Pardey Architects.
